DCM Group ("DCMG", "we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you register for or attend Built For More, our conference hosted in partnership with Premier & Co in Sydney on 23 October 2026. It applies to information collected through our registration pages, at the event, and in related communications.

We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect personal information you provide directly, including:

  • Identity and contact details: name, job title, company, email address, and phone number.

  • Registration and payment details: ticket type, order reference, and billing information. Card payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

  • Event participation details: dietary requirements, accessibility needs, and session preferences you choose to share.

  • Correspondence: records of your communications with us.

We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit our registration pages, such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, via cookies and similar technologies.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

  • process your registration, payment, and attendance;

  • communicate with you about the event, including logistics, updates, and changes;

  • meet your stated dietary, accessibility, and other requirements;

  • respond to your enquiries; and

  • send you marketing communications about future DCM Group events, content, and services (see Marketing below).

MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

By registering for Built For More, you may receive marketing communications from DCM Group, including newsletters and invitations to future events. Every marketing message includes a clear unsubscribe option, and you can opt out at any time by using that link or by contacting us at the address below. Opting out of marketing does not affect communications necessary to service your registration.

DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES

To deliver the event, we share your personal information with:

  • Premier & Co, as co-host of Built For More, for event delivery and follow-up purposes;

  • Event sponsors and exhibitors, who may use your details to follow up with relevant offers and information related to the event;

  • Service providers who support us, such as payment processors, event-technology platforms, and venue operators, who are permitted to use your information only to provide services to us.

We do not sell your personal information. Where information is shared with sponsors or partners, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled responsibly. Sponsors and partners are separate entities with their own privacy practices; once your information is shared, their use of it is governed by their own privacy policies. If you would prefer we did not share your details with sponsors, contact us before the event.

DATA SECURITY

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

DATA RETENTION

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, including to service your registration and, where you have not opted out, for ongoing marketing. We may retain certain information longer where required to meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations.
