REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for securing your place at Built For More, hosted by DCMG Collective in partnership with Premier & Co, taking place in Sydney on 23 October 2026. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase. By purchasing a ticket you agree to the terms below.
REFUNDS
Refund eligibility is determined by the date your written cancellation request is received relative to the event date:

60 or more days before the event (on or before 24 August 2026): Full refund, less any non-recoverable payment processing fees.

Between 59 and 30 days before the event (25 August – 23 September 2026): 50% refund, less any non-recoverable payment processing fees.

Fewer than 30 days before the event (from 24 September 2026): No refund is available. The ticket price is payable in full.
All refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Refund amounts are calculated on the price paid, exclusive of any third-party booking or processing fees, which are non-refundable.
CANCELLATION REQUESTS
To request a cancellation, email hello@dcmgroup.com.au from the address used at the time of purchase, including your full name and order reference. Your cancellation takes effect on the date we receive your email, not the date it was sent.
Non-transferable tickets
Tickets to Built For More are strictly non-transferable. A ticket may not be resold, reassigned, or substituted to another individual, and cannot be credited toward any other DCMG Collective event. The named purchaser is the only person entitled to attend.
If the event is cancelled or postponed by DCMG COLLECTIVE
In the unlikely event that DCMG Collective cancels or postpones Built For More, all ticket holders will be offered the choice of:

a full refund of the ticket price paid, or
-
a transfer of their ticket to the rescheduled date at no additional cost.
DCMG Collective's liability in the event of cancellation or postponement is limited to the ticket price paid. We are not responsible for any related costs incurred by attendees, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or lost time.
NON-ATTENDANCE
Tickets are non-refundable in cases of non-attendance ("no-shows"), regardless of the reason, once the applicable refund window in the schedule above has closed.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
DCMG Collective reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs your order.
